Summary
We helped the Belgian luxury praline brand sharpen their marketing positioning and storytelling as the ‘inventor of the praline’. We translated this into consistent online storytelling, improving their newsletters, CRM system and consumer communications, among other things. In addition, we organized several photo and video shoots to support new product launches and provide the content with appropriate imagery.
For our esteemed client Neuhaus Chocolates, we have achieved a series of successful content collaborations with influential Belgian influencers. With a selection of talented food influencers, we collaborated to develop delectable recipes in which Neuhaus chocolate plays the lead role. These recipes were professionally photographed and included in a special mailing sent to Neuhaus club members. In this way, we were able to inspire and delight club members with new and creative ways to enjoy Neuhaus chocolate.
In addition to working with food influencers, we also engaged fashion and design influencers to further spread Neuhaus’ brand message. These influencers used their creativity and passion to create beautiful visual content that highlights the sophisticated and luxurious side of Neuhaus. By combining delicious recipes and inspiring images, we uniquely positioned the Neuhaus brand as a symbol of tasteful elegance and style.
