Summary

We helped the Belgian luxury praline brand sharpen their marketing positioning and storytelling as the ‘inventor of the praline’. We translated this into consistent online storytelling, improving their newsletters, CRM system and consumer communications, among other things. In addition, we organized several photo and video shoots to support new product launches and provide the content with appropriate imagery.

We had the honor of working with leading Belgian luxury praline brand Neuhaus to take their marketing positioning and storytelling to the next level. The theme of “inventor of the praline” was the common thread in our strategy, highlighting the brand’s rich history and craftsmanship.

 

To bring this new positioning to life, we developed a comprehensive online storytelling strategy. We addressed the brand’s newsletters and improved their content and design to create an engaging and personalized experience for readers. We also optimized the CRM system and improved the way the brand interacted with their consumers, allowing them to build strong relationships with their customers.

 

To create an exclusive community and increase the engagement of their loyal customers, we created the Neuhaus Insiders – a loyalty club offering exclusive benefits and experiences to members. This not only increased the loyalty of existing customers, but also attracted new customers who were interested in the unique experiences the brand has to offer.

 

To support and provide the right imagery for the brand’s online content, we organized several photo and video shoots. This allowed us to present the new products and launches to the public in a visually appealing and authentic way. The images and videos served as powerful marketing tools and reinforced the brand’s position as a symbol of luxury and sophistication.
